Another thing we didn't like about the site was it's bright, flashing icons and flash media. It took forever for some pages to load and gave us a bit of a headache. That being said, FlyCell definitely has their game on when it comes to selection.

That being said, we have a problem with the level of support offered by the site. The company does not provide a customer service number, email support seems to be unreachable and the online information available leaves much to be desired. Overall, RingFactory could be a big hit, but the customer service issues make it more of a miss than we'd like to see.

Our suggestion? If the concept behind RingFactory appeals to you, go for it. Check out the free trial and if you can use the software without a problem, the lack of support may not be an issue for you.
