I have used this products for years and have never had any significant issues. Seems to block everything and since I have kids using this machine, I know that they are downloading "stuff".

I am in a field where I am constantly on the internet surfing, with that in mind I needed software that would protect my computer from spyware and adware. Stopzilla was the way to go, I tried it and it was awesome! It was quick to install and simple to use, I had a lot of questions intially and I called customer service and got all the answers I needed to live spyware free. This program scans, quarantines and removes all the spyware & adware and I can go about my day doing what I do online without ever having to worry about spyware. I totally recommend Stopzilla 100%!
