When we looked at Hallmark for their online greeting card features and selection, we were pleased to see how simple-to-browse their website interface was. Featured on their landing page were colorful, vibrant images of their specials and sale items, which we loved of course!
One characteristic of the Hallmark site Star Reviews found a bit challenging was determining the eCards from the personalized greeting cards. There is a decent selection of both, and we felt they could have been arranged in a more succinct manner, to avoid confusion.

Star Reviews loved the variety of cards with excellent graphics that were available through this greeting card service. Hallmark is a household name and their cards and gifts don't disappoint. One downside we noted is the inability for customers to choose their own font colors, which is a fairly typical feature on other card services.
Greeting cards run at about $1.99 per card, with add-on costs to personalize. Customer support is available via telephone, email and postal address. The FAQs database was large, but difficult to navigate, as there were numerous products and topics and no clear 'greeting card' section. We give Hallmark 5.5 Stars!

Cards Remembered

We found the Cards Remembered website interface to be less-than visually appealing, but they did have a decent collection of online greeting cards.
This site won major points from us in that they mainly focus on their personalized greeting cards. Many services mix flowers, stationery and endless gifts in with their greeting cards, which is great, but can be distracting when you only want to find that perfect card! We liked several features available through their service:

Include a gift-If you do wish to include a gift with your card, the option is there. We saw cool gift sets like bath and body products, stuffed animals and flowers that can be added on after choosing a greeting card.

by font and color.
Overall, we felt this was a no-frills, basic greeting cards service. Cards Remembered definitely won't win 'Best Graphics Award,' but their selection and available cards for all kinds of holidays and occasions is impressive. Standard greeting card costs are $3.49 per card, including personalization and shipping, which is a decent price. Telephone support was on point, but email support took longer than we would have liked in response time. We weren't thrilled with their Help database, either. Overall, Cards Remembered gets 5.0 Stars!

When we checked out the Card Store, we found this online greeting card site rather plain and effortless in its navigation.
The Card Store is comparable to other greeting card sites in its selection and customization features, but has room for improvement in its graphics. However, its cities and wildlife greeting cards were pretty impressive, with prints for every animal lover and those that enjoy simple landscapes.

While we applaud the Card Store on keeping their website interface and greeting cards simple, avid online greeting card fans may want to look elsewhere if they are accustomed to fancy, trademarked cards. Those that wish to join this service's Card Club can expect to pay around $33.99 for 12 cards; individual cards running around $2.99 each. This isn't the best price we've seen for online greeting card services. There is a helpful customer support line, email support and a detailed Help database. We thought this site deserved 4.5 Stars!
