In finding you the best online poker, we came across Poker Stars and decided to dish on their service. First off, we really liked the site interface, as it exhibited an air of grandeur and subtle sophistication. The first feature that caught our team's eye was the ability to choose which language you play in...Portuguese anyone? Besides offering online poker in 11 languages other than English, Poker Stars offers players exciting features like frequent player points, slow Internet connection indicator (weed out the opponents that are sure to slow your chances for a win down), and poker hand statistics. - No Limit Texas Hold'Em
- Customize your online poker experience-Choose from 10 themes, add photos and resize your poker table.
Star Reviews liked how this poker site improved its usability and player interface, as their service was rocky a few months ago. Now, their software is extremely user-friendly and downloading it should be a cinch, as we had no problem doing so and hopping into a match. The rake fee is 5% with a maximum of $3, depending on the tournament limits. Email support was lightning quick, dropping us a line in 30 minutes! No telephone support and a scarce FAQs section left us a bit unsatisfied. Overall, we wanted to give Poker Stars 5.5 Stars!

We landed on the popular online poker site Party Poker and were pleasantly surprised with what we found. Although the main page isn't anything too spectacular, we found it to be fairly simple and painless to navigate. Star Reviews likes the name that Party Poker has made for itself and we were a bit surprised to see such a no-frills website design. However, we did like alot of their features, like resizable tables, side bets, scheduled and 24/7 poker tournaments, as well as an innovative poker school feature. - The Party Account-Play all Party Poker games and pay from one account.
- World Series of Poker-Party Poker sponsors this incredible poker extravaganza, and offer their players chances to win a seat at the tables by referring friends or participating in FreeRolls.
We liked how simple the signup and download process was at Party Poker, but for all you beginners out there, watch out for those that might take advantage of you, as this website is known for its plethora of novice players. Rates run at $.05 taken for every $1 won up to a maximum rate of $3. Joining a community can run from 0-20% of the buy-in amount. Telephone and email support were great, and we appreciated the FAQs database and 'Poker School.' That's one class our team wouldn't sleep through! Overall, Party Poker receives 5.0 Stars!

We came across a pretty cool online poker site called Absolute Poker and we thought they offered some great features. Their website navigation was pretty simple and we found everything we needed just by clicking the main page tabs. Star Reviews loved the community feel to the Absolute Poker service, offering users the chance to begin their own online poker community. That way, if your buddies can't make it out for a real-life tournament, you can still compete and throw some bets around from the comfort of your desk. - 100% First Time Deposit Bonus - Get up to $500 when you make your first deposit! Enter coupon code: AP500
- Brand new, revamped newsletter: filled with updates, discount information and fun poker news!
Overall, we felt this online poker site accomplishes the goals that every poker service should: provide a fun, feature-filled atmosphere for those that love the sport. That being said, we have to rave about the poker experience, as we didn't experience any disconnections and we loved its live player chat mechanism and photo posting options. Rake fees run around $.25 for every $1 in the pot for a 3-4 player, $2-4 game. There is no telephone customer support line on this site, which we didn't like, but email support was decent. The online FAQs are good, but a bit tough to weed out relevant information. We give them 4.5 Stars!
